Founded in early 2023, Creating Real Value began as a one-man operation with a simple vision: to create real value from whatever was available. Today, Bo leads a team of 10 — and that vision is stronger than ever.
Creating Real Value operates as part of the Kitset Assembly Services NZ network, specialising in assembling flat-pack and kitset products including sheds, pergolas, indoor and outdoor furniture, and trampolines. Services have since grown to include general handyman work, repairs and maintenance, landscaping, waste removal, and more.
We're proud to be an Auckland business that genuinely cares about its community, committed to sustainable practices, creating meaningful employment, and helping Kiwis find opportunities in good, honest work.
Meet Bo
Hi, I'm Botau Retire, but my team call me Bo.
My background is in civil engineering. I started out servicing watermains and carrying out repairs, and worked my way up into planning and maintenance. But outside of work, I was always tinkering — whether that was a DIY project around the house or something a little more ambitious, like designing and building my own traditional island oven from scratch.
I love a challenge, and I get real satisfaction from helping people bring their ideas to life - big or small, no job is too much trouble.
